when people consider suicide they arent thinking about their families or the consequences. they’re thinking about how much shit they’ve gone through and how much pain they’re in. when someone considers suicide they arent being selfish at all. they’re just in pain and can’t think of another solution to their problems. the people who are selfish are the people who put that person in such a bad situation that they want to kill themself.

Exactly. When a person considers suicide, they must be going some sort of serious shit and obviously it’s not helping by saying that they are selfish. In fact, saying so makes no difference than telling them to suck it up. People commit suicide for serious reasons, and people around them should be helping his situation get better instead of accusing him or her of being selfish. If you want them to be here with you in the living, you better give them a good reason why.
