This is the part I broke down completely. Imagine it be your own mother or father. They would be devastated and broken.

No not really. My parents pioneered homophobia, and they aren’t even Christian (no offence, but all the bigots I know are Christians). If I did that what Dave tried to do (which I never will cos I’m more than comfortable in my own skin), my parents probably be relieved or something.

Ya sure, people might say parents will always love their children no matter what, but my parents are conservative asians, and I’m just one two words away from being beaten up. Ya, by my own parents.
